Condé Nast Traveler has posted their list of the "Best Cities In The World" for 2018 based on votes from their readers and three Japanese cities made the list.
You'll never guess which city is number one and what photo they used for it.
They begin with:
Condé Nast Traveler readers cast hundreds of thousands of votes for their favorite cities around the world in the 2018 Readers' Choice Awards survey—in fact, we got so much feedback, we had to divide our list into two.
