Winter Storm Warning In Effect

Above, the view of the mesas today during a break in the snowfall. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

The snow hit off & on all day today and it will continue through Tuesday.

The accumulation expected (the total for all days) may reach up to four or five inches. It took nearly a month for the four inches of snow from New Year's, so this may be similar.

We're now under a winter storm warning according to the National Weather Service.

Hopefully, it will taper long enough for me to take care of business tomorrow in Gallup.
