Possible Thunderstorm

Above, during a storm last October. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

The weather here had been nice this week, but that's going to change a little as a storm front will be passing through today.

It won't be too bad as the temperatures will still be in the 50s but we'll be getting some rain. It will be nice if we do gets some thunderstorms. I would enjoy a good light show.

If not, it'll only be three more months when the monsoon season begins. That's when we'll really get thunderstorms.

According to the National Weather Service:

Today
A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 11am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 53. Breezy, with a southwest wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 20 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Tonight
Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 11pm, then a chance of showers. Cloudy, with a low around 37. Breezy, with a southwest wind 15 to 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
