This afternoon, I took a little drive up Maverick Road in the Mesa Ridge Ranch subdivision of Jamestown, New Mexico.
As I drove into the subdivision, I noticed a realty sign in front of the first home that was placed there. It appears the family who moved in has already vacated the place. I stopped and took a few photos.
After I got home, I took a peek in Coldwell Banker's (High Desert Realty) website and found the listing.
The asking price for the property (99 Maverick Road) is $239,000. It sits on 2.6 acres.
