To say I needed a break from the media is quite an understatement
So, this morning, I headed over to Home Depot in Gallup to check out their bathroom sinks and faucet fixtures and get an idea on the cost to have the installation done.
The sink in the guest bathroom needs replacement and the faucet leaks. They need replacing. The hard water in Jamestown (from an aquifer) did a number on them.

The sink in the master bathroom is in much better shape, but the faucet there also leaks (but not as bad as the guest bathroom's) despite tightening it.
I couldn't get a price on installation for everything, so I signed up for an appointment with an outside contractor who works with Home Depot to give me an estimate.
The sink (at top) is what I am considering getting and the faucet fixture (below) is what I am considering for both bathrooms.
I definitely need a diversion. 😉
