For many kaiju fans, they first became aware of Tokyo's Shibuya Crossing (or Shibuya Scramble) through such films as Gamera 3 (1999) and Godzilla x Megaguirus (2000). It is one of the places in Japan that they make it a point to visit.

Currently, the Shibuya shopping district is undergoing redevelopment, so it will change a bit. It was first built in 1973.
