Warm and Smoky

Above, today's view of the mesas. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

When I saw today's forecast at the National Weather Service website, I checked around and found no fires nearby.

According to my Weather Bug phone app, the nearest fire is 154 miles away. The smoke the forecast mentions could be from that.
