Snow Arriving Tomorrow

As I mentioned in my previous post about Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, we are expecting another snowstorm to come into the Gallup/Jamestown area tomorrow. 

I guess we can thank the good Lord for holding off the storm so I can enjoy an evening out to the movies and dinner yesterday.

As the solar eclipse is to arrive on April 8, it will be interesting to see if the weather conditions will be good enough for people in its path to experience it. We will have a partial eclipse here.

According to the National Weather Service, the forecast for Gallup/Jamestown is as follows:

Today
Sunny, with a high near 61. Breezy, with a southwest wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 20 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.
Tonight
Mostly clear, with a low around 33. Breezy, with a south wind 20 to 25 mph decreasing to 10 to 15 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.
Sunday
A chance of rain and snow showers before 9am, then a chance of snow showers between 9am and noon, then rain and snow showers likely after noon. Partly sunny, with a high near 50. Breezy, with a south wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 20 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
Sunday Night
A chance of rain and snow showers before 9pm, then a chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 28. Southwest wind 5 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%.
Monday
Snow showers, mainly after noon. High near 43. West wind 5 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
Monday Night

A 20 percent chance of snow showers before midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 26.
