One event in New Mexico I am looking forward to seeing is the 38th Red Rock Balloon Rally at Red Rock Park in Gallup.
It opens next Friday, November 30 through Sunday, December 2.
It is the next biggest balloon rally (after the one in Albuquerque) and the balloons begin their ascent at 7:30 in the morning.
I am considering getting a campsite at Red Rock Park for Thursday night so I don't have to fight the traffic Friday morning.
