Back in the days when postage was much cheaper (a first class postage stamp in 1974 cost $0.10 and in 1976, it was $0.13), I used to send out Christmas cards of my own making.
Now, the price for the "same" stamp is $0.55.
I haven't sent out Christmas cards or quite some time due to costs.
