Riding Around

Since it was sunny, clear and about 45° outside, I decided to get the Jeep out of the garage for a little drive around the community.

The dirt roads within the community are still saturated and muddy from the recent rains and snow. But they were still good enough to drive on.

I went up Birch Road and then down to Whispering Cedars Road to Palomino Loop. Before doing so, I headed down to the Flying J to clean the windshield.

After a break, I got back into the Jeep again and headed up Maverick Road in the new next-door subdivision, Mesa Ridge Ranch to the end of the road, where the locked gate into Cibola National Forest is located.

It was a nice ride.
