Today was another carrot treat day for the "locals".
The two horses across the road from Christmas were penned in another section, so they missed out. So I just fed Christmas and the gelding next door.
The gelding is getting a little braver and is coming closer to me. He's making progress. He recognizes right away that I have carrots for him. Although he walks in my direction, he still keeps his distance.
Christmas, on the other hand, is used to people and she comes right over to be fed.
