Arizona citizens are about to be embroiled in a fight over their Second Amendment rights like those of Virginia, New Mexico and others. It's the attempted Californication of Arizona.

Democrat Senators Warn Gun Owners – Register or Surrender

The Democrats in the Arizona Senate have never read the United States Constitution -- or so it would seem after reading the language of their newest anti-gun legislation, SB 1625.  SB 1625, a bill proposed in early 2020 in the Arizona Senate, would require "assault weapons" throughout the state to be registered or surrendered.  The bill also prohibits the manufacture of such weapons, according to Breitbart.  Section C specifically says: A PERSON WHO WAS LEGALLY IN POSSESSION OF AN ASSAULT WEAPON OR LARGE CAPACITY MAGAZINE ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS SECTION AND WHO DOES ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WITHIN NINETY DAYS AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS SECTION IS NOT SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION: Read More...
