New Mexico Food Trails

Back on April 25, I posted about a new guide book to New Mexico eateries, New Mexico Food Trails. At the time I posted about it, I mentioned that it sounded interested and ordered a copy.

It arrived yesterday in the mail and I have done some perusing in it. It was not disappointed.

Above, the contents page.

It is loaded with information on eateries in different areas of New Mexico. Besides eateries, it also includes information on hot chile, cold brews, margaritas, wineries, distilleries, breakfast burritos, diners and dives, green chile cheeseburgers, green and red, traditional treats and many more.

It also features some tips of attractions in the vicinities of the eateries.

Above, an example of attraction tips. This one is for Roswell.

If one is a devoted foodie who is interested in taking a road trip to New Mexico to sample the state's Southwest cuisines, this book is for you.

It is by Carolyn Graham and published by the University of New Mexico Press.
