Lujan Grisham Lied About Education

New Mexico Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham scored five Pinocchios for falsely claiming on her campaign website that she's a product of the public school system. She went to a private school.

From the Piñon Post:

On Tuesday, far-left Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham was called out on Twitter by school choice advocates for claiming to be “A product of New Mexico’s public schools system” [sic] despite graduating from a private school.

The Democrat’s education platform reads, “A product of New Mexico’s public schools system, Michelle is dedicated to uplifting every student, parent, educator, and school in New Mexico.”

However, Lujan Grisham graduated from St. Michael’s High School, a private Catholic school in Santa Fe, as she also notes on her official government website, “Lujan Grisham was born in Los Alamos and graduated from St. Michael’s High School in Santa Fe.”

L.A. Times: New Mexico Gov. Lujan Grisham and Democrats "In For A Walloping"

My former employer (circulation department), the Los Angeles Times, says New Mexico Governor "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham and the Democrats are "in for a walloping" this coming November during the general election.

Piñon Post reported:

In a recent Los Angeles Times article written by columnist Mark Z. Barabak, he chides Democrat Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham over her failures in office and gives insight from an outsider into why Republicans have a shot at winning back the New Mexico Governor’s Mansion.

In the article, Barabak notes how abortion has become a hot-button issue in New Mexico but how Republican Mark Ronchetti has attempted to put Lujan Grisham on the defense due to her support for abortion up to birth policies.

He writes, “Some of the difficulty is Grisham’s doing, a result of scandals involving her personal use of public funds and a sexual harassment settlement she paid to a former staffer. But much of her vulnerability arises from issues like crime, the economy and Biden’s drag on Democrats across the country.”

Let's not forget the over 40% of small businesses that were permanently shuttered in New Mexico due to Lujan Grisham's orders during the pandemic that killed thousands of jobs, her war on the oil industry in the state and support of the "green energy fantasy". She danced in the streets like a buffoon while people suffered.

John Block Running For State Representative 51st District

This morning, I received the following email:

Armand —

From fighting mask mandates and Critical Race Theory being pushed in our schools to punching back against inhumane forced COVID shots, I have stood alongside you every step of the way. And I am excited to share some news with you to continue our fight.

Today, I am announcing my campaign for state representative in New Mexico’s 51st District in Alamogordo — a community I cherish and am proud to call home.

Now more than ever, New Mexicans desperately need PROVEN FIGHTERS in our Legislature who have relentlessly battled for our values every step of the way.

From testifying in committees at the Legislature in support of our Law Enforcers to helping kill extreme Democrat bills, I hope the work we have accomplished together has proven how much I care about our community and our state and how hard I will fight for you at the Roundhouse.

Through the publication I founded and continue to run, the Piñon Post, we have shed light on massive public corruption and abuses of power while amplifying conservative voices with true and honest reporting. I can proudly say that we have fought AND WON against Michelle Lujan Grisham (MLG) and the Radical Democrats before. I am ready to win more victories for you at the Roundhouse!

But our current legislator was the lone vote against tax relief for hurting small businesses during MLG’s brutal COVID-19 lockdown, voted to raise our taxes, and was absent or voted against us on key bills regarding domestic terrorism, the economy, and the sacred right to LIFE.

When we needed our representative the most, she was nowhere to be seen. BUT I WAS THERE FIGHTING FOR YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Otero County deserves a stronger voice.

I am a home-grown native New Mexican and I love our community. With my experience as a staffer at the NM House of Representatives, as a small business owner, and with my work fighting to protect babies in the womb, our Second Amendment, and our brave Law Enforcers and Military Service Members, what we’ve accomplished so far to save our state will matter that much more when we send an America-First champion to the Roundhouse.

As I step forward on this journey to help take back our district and to reclaim our New Mexico, I humbly ask for your support and pledge to you today: I will always put the PEOPLE above any special interest group, lobbyist, or political power player. Our conservative district deserves a conservative champion representing it.

As one of this campaign’s first supporters, Armand, your encouragement will start us off for success to supercharge this truly grassroots movement. Here are some first steps you can take to boost our campaign:

I will never waver and I will never let you down, Armand.

ALWAYS fighting for you,

Ex-Spaceport America CFO Files $200 Million Lawsuit Against Gov. Lujan Grisham and Others

Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham bankrupted 40% of New Mexico's small businesses with her lockdowns during the last two years, now she is about to sock it to the rest of the state if a $200 million lawsuit against her and other state government officials succeeds.

The Piñon Post reported:

On Monday, Zach DeGriego, the former Chief Financial Officer of Spaceport America from December 21, 2015, to June 21, 2020, announced he had filed a civil complaint in the First Judicial District Court against Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham over an alleged fraud of $200 million.

In a statement, DeGriego said:

I’ve never spoken about this publicly until now, but the continued retaliation from New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham and her staff has forced me to make this statement to set the record straight,” DeGriego said in a video statement.

“Many of you know I was the former chief financial officer of Spaceport America in New Mexico. I left that position after making multiple whistleblower complaints. I was forced to resign when I had to choose between keeping my job and committing crimes. After the governor and her staff got rid of me they have done everything in their power to retaliate against me and destroy my life to keep me silent.”

“At the same time, they proceeded to violate multiple federal laws. Today, I have filed a lawsuit against the State of New Mexico for violations of the New Mexico whistleblower protection act and malfeasance by the state auditor. The complaint names 21 individuals who participated in a conspiracy including leaders at the highest levels of state government including Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, Attorney General Hector Balderas, New Mexico State Auditor Brian Colón, Economic Development Cabinet Secretary Alicia Keys, and current managers at Spaceport America.”

“The complaint provides evidence of extortion, bribery, illegal drug use, sex discrimination, procurement fraud, securities fraud, and multiple violations of federal law. The complaint describes how after I left, the defendants proceeded to commit over $200 million in fraud when they issued bonds under false pretenses with disclosure documents containing fraudulent information.”

This, no doubt, is going to be interesting to follow as things develop.

Gov. Lujan Grisham's Lavish Dinner Party

Above, Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham.

People who find their wives, girlfriends or "significant others" are lying to them, the best course of action is to give them the boot, for they belong to the streets. The same goes for lying politicians, male or female, and those who live lavishly at taxpayers' expense while people are suffering the pandemic. In either case, you can never trust them again.

Well, Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham has been caught living "high on the hog" at the taxpayers' expense. Piñon Post has the full story.

It begins with:

While New Mexicans suffered one of the nation’s highest unemployment rates, record-high inflation, and soaring gas prices Michelle Lujan Grisham traveled to Scotland for a “climate change” summit called “COP26,” which focused on funding climate change extremism through cooperation between global stakeholders.

At the Scotland event, scandal-ridden alleged serial groper Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham announced radical job-killing proposals she aims to ram through the 2022 Legislative Session that will not only cripple New Mexico’s energy economy but will harm the poor in significant ways. Many of her cabinet secretaries and staff joined her.

At the time, the Governor’s spokeswoman Nora Sackett bragged about how the taxpayers would not be funding the trip, claiming a climate change dark money group would be footing the bill instead.

However, once Lujan Grisham arrived back in New Mexico, Inspection of Public Records Act requests revealed that in early November, right after she got back from the vacation-style “climate” excursion, the taxpayers footed the bill for a swanky seven-person dinner party at the Governor’s Mansion.

According to the documents obtained in the IPRA, the taxpayers paid Abobo Catering $1,057.27 for the party, totaling over $150 for each person’s expensive meal.

To read more, including the party's bill, go here.

She belongs on the streets. Voters can send her there next November!

Toxic Gov. MLG Causes Democrat Senator To Leave Party

Things have to be very bad and intolerable for a member of one's own political party to jump ship.

That's exactly what has happened in Santa Fe when a far-left state senator decided to leave the Democrat Party over the unconstitutional actions by Governor "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham.

From the Piñon Post:

On Monday, the second 2021 Special Session commenced in Santa Fe, with the public being required to wear masks, have jabs, and leave their guns at home in an increasingly hostile environment begun by Democrats at the Legislature.

The special session, meant for redistricting congressional, legislative, and Public Education Commission districts, began with a bang. Following weeks of hostility from Democrat leaders, such as Senate Pro-Tem Mimi Stewart (D-Bernalillo), far-left state Sen. Jacob Candelaria (D-Bernalillo) finally had it with the Democrats’ bullying. He announced he was leaving the Democrat Party over its partisanship and toxicity.

Candelaria said, “I don’t think anyone can look at … the unconstitutional acts of this governor and not conclude that this partisan virus is starting to affect who we are as a country,” referring to Michelle Lujan Grisham.

"Grishy the Clown" At UN Climate Change Conference

If there's one thing New Mexico's citizens can count on is Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham's fondness for living "high on the hog" at the taxpayers' expense.

The latest is her little junket to Scotland to attend the United Nations Climate Change Conference. To get there, Her Majesty left a nice carbon footprint from her flight there.

It's really pointless for her to be there. All they are is a bunch of elitists sitting around echoing each other with their climate change bullplop.

According to Piñon Post:

On Monday, scandal-ridden alleged serial groper Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham tweeted from Scotland of her participation in the globalist “climate change” summit being held in Glasgow, which is features elites from other countries who no doubt flew there in CO2-consuming jets, just like the embattled Governor.

Lujan Grisham wrote on Twitter, “I’m honored to be at @COP26 this week, the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, Scotland, representing New Mexico and the work we’ve done to achieve climate solutions on the world stage.”

“I am so proud of the work we have done in under three years, including nationally leading emissions reductions rules for the oil and gas industry, requiring 100% clean electricity by 2045, implementing new energy-efficient building codes, and so much more.” This is referring to Lujan Grisham’s Green New Deal, also known as the“Energy Transition Act,” which aims to completely wipe out the oil and gas industry by 2045.

Lujan Grisham’s attendance at the elite event comes as multiple crises are exploding in New Mexico, including a crime epidemic in Albuquerque, one of the highest positive virus testing rates in the nation, one of the highest unemployment rates in the nation, and a pivotal November 2 municipal election right around the corner. The Governor’s extreme pandemic orders still remain in place, including forcibly masking children at school and requiring masks at all times indoors, except when eating or drinking.

No, there's no truth to the rumor that "Grishy the Clown" is in Scotland to provide the entertainment.

Sex Crimes: Cuomo Faces Charges, Lujan Grisham Gets A Pass From Crony Attorney General

Above, NM Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham.

Disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has been filed on with a misdemeanor sex crime complaint.

According to Newsmax:

A misdemeanor complaint has been filed against former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo in a court in Albany, the state's capital, a spokesman for the New York state courts said on Thursday.

The full complaint is here.

"At the aforesaid date time and location the defendant Andrew M. Cuomo did intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose, forcibly place his hand under the blouse shirt of the victim [redacted] and into her intimate body part. Specifically, the victims (sic) left breast for the purposes of degrading and gratifying his sexual desires, all contrary to the provisions of the statute in such case made and provided," the complaint reads.

He certainly deserves it. To read more, go here.

In the meantime, another Democrat governor, Michelle Lujan Grisham of New Mexico, seems to be getting a pass on her incidents involving groping. This is no surprise since the state's attorney general, Hector Balderas, is a Lujan Grisham crony. He refuses to even investigate the accusations.

From the Piñon Post:

Now, as action is being taken against Cuomo for his alleged groping of staffers, there is silence emanating from the New Mexico Attorney General’s Office regarding scandal-ridden alleged serial groper Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham. Attorney General Balderas — a Michelle Lujan Grisham ally — has not filed charges or sought an investigation.

Grisham not only is accused of groping multiple men, but she also paid off $150,000 in hush money to alleged groping victim James Hallinan following his claims that he poured a bottle of water over his crotch and then she grabbed his penis through his jeans.

New Mexico's "Dr. Death"

Remember Jack Kevorkian, known as "Dr. Death"?

Kevorkian assisted about 100 people in committing suicide due to their terminal illness. This is known as Physician-Assisted Suicide.

The American Medical Association (AMA) still is against physician-assisted suicide.

Their position is:

Physician-assisted suicide occurs when a physician facilitates a patient’s death by providing the necessary means and/or information to enable the patient to perform the life-ending act (e.g., the physician provides sleeping pills and information about the lethal dose, while aware that the patient may commit suicide).

It is understandable, though tragic, that some patients in extreme duress—such as those suffering from a terminal, painful, debilitating illness—may come to decide that death is preferable to life. However, permitting physicians to engage in assisted suicide would ultimately cause more harm than good.

Physician-assisted suicide is fundamentally incompatible with the physician’s role as healer, would be difficult or impossible to control, and would pose serious societal risks.

New Mexico has its own "Dr. Death" in Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham.

According to the Piñon Post:

According to a report from the Santa Fe New Mexican, around 30 people, “possibly more,” have killed themselves using Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s extreme anti-life assisted suicide law, H.B. 47, which she signed in April. When signing the bill, she said, “It is done.”

The law, which was opposed by multiple disability rights groups, the Navajo Nation, and many patients living with terminal conditions, sought to further normalize a culture of death in New Mexico by letting medical professionals prescribe lethal drugs to patients who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness that could take their lives anytime up to six months.

The bill would legalize doctors to prescribe a “cocktail” of lethal drugs to patients suffering from terminal illnesses, which will save insurance companies money.

Interviews With All 7 GOP Candidates For NM Governor

John Block of  Piñon Post has interviewed all 7 GOP candidates for New Mexico governor.

Each one would make a far better governor for the state than the one we have at present. Block did a great job in interviewing them and he deserves our thanks for doing so!

Harassment and Court Orders Force Backstreet Grill To Go Out of Business

Above, Backstreet Grill forced to go out of business by tyrants. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

When governmental dictators, maniacal courts and a hostile puppet media band together against a business, the outcome that Albuquerque's Backstreet Grill tried to avoid becomes inevitable.

After an eighteen month fight, Backstreet Grill has announced that it will close for good today. They had no other choice.

Piñon Post reported:

Backstreet Grill, an Albuquerque restaurant that put up a valiant 18 month-long fight against Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s extreme pandemic edicts, is now saying goodbye after losing a battle with the State.

On Friday, Judge Franchini reportedly dealt the death blow to the restaurant, ordering the small business to close voluntarily following the Albuquerque city attorney Robyn Rose making an “outrageous” request for the Court to terminate Backstreet Grill’s utilities.

The City of Albuquerque and the liberal media have harassed the struggling small business for months, with Backstreet Grill refusing to close their doors and deprive their employees of work, even when the city’s Environmental Health Department took them to court to try to force closure.

According to a press release reviewed by Backstreet Grill’s attorneys, “Even after the mask mandates were lifted, the city continued its relentless attacks. They filed for a temporary restraining order without giving notice to the attorneys they KNEW were representing Backstreet Grill. The harassment and intimidation [were] intensified by local news outlets and journalists. Managers have had to call in police to remove those harassing their clientele.”

Above, yours truly at the Backstreet Grill in June.

It is too bad this had to happen, I dined there back in June and enjoyed my meal.

I hope people remember this and other abuses by the government during next year's election. Simply put, tyranny won. I hope the Backstreet Grill's owners sues the crap out the tyrants.

New Mexico's Toxic Relationship With Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham

John Block of Piñon Post must've been busy over the Independence Day weekend, for he has compiled a list of abuses that "toxic" Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham inflicted on the people of New Mexico.

And it is quite a lengthy list.

He begins with:

Despite Gov. Lujan Grisham’s desperate show on social media over the holiday weekend claiming New Mexico is “back open,” we must remember that the rosy picture she is trying to paint for us came after months of abuse.

We must face the facts, New Mexico: We are in a toxic, abusive relationship with Gov. Lujan Grisham — whether we asked for it or not. And it’s time to end it before we get beaten even harder.

The Smell of Fear In Santa Fe

Above, the New Mexico State Capitol Building in Santa Fe. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

In the 2017 film, Justice League, the parademons would attack those who "smelled of fear."

They would likely smell a lot of it if they came to New Mexico as Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham and her Democrat cohorts get more desperate over their 2022 election prospects.

John Block at Piñon Post wrote:

On Monday, embattled Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, in another desperate move, sent out an email to donors requesting campaign cash.

She wrote to her donors, “In spite of all the good we’ve done together, some in New Mexico are looking to stifle our voices and endanger our democracy.” She erroneously cited that she cut taxes for “working families” and touted her passage of recreational marijuana, which she also erroneously claimed will “bring new jobs” to the state.

“Let’s face it: Donald Trump has friends running for office in our state – and these are the same kind of far-right extremists that attacked our democratic institutions on Jan. 6,” she claimed.

If there were any attacks on our democratic institutions in recent months, they were from her and His Fraudulency Joe Biden's Democrat operatives who rigged the 2020 elections.

Does Lujan Grisham really think she can whitewash what she had done to New Mexico? Instead of cutting taxes, as she claimed, she raised taxes. Her lockdowns of the state's small businesses, while allowing big-box businesses to thrive, killed off 40% of New Mexico's small businesses.

Yes, the smell of fear is emanating from the Roundhouse in Santa Fe.

Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham's "Lizard People" Sparks Merchandising

Just like Hillary Clinton stepped into it with her "deplorables" remark, Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham's calling of protesters "lizard people" will be wrapped tightly around her neck.

When she held her re-election announcement rally, protesters showed up and their chants against Lujan Grisham prompted her to call them "QAnon lizard people." Bad move!

The lizard people meme as been gathering steam on social media and now a bumper sticker and t-shirt are being offered at Piñon Post's shop.

Here's the front and back of the t-shirt (it also comes in white) and the bumper sticker:

Backstreet Grill Victorious Over NMED

Some good news on the New Mexico mask tyranny battle.

The 2nd Judicial District handed Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham and the NMED a black eye in ruling in favor of an Albuquerque restaurant.

From the Piñon Post:

On Monday afternoon, Backstreet Grill, a restaurant in Old Town Albuquerque that had remained open despite bullying from Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) for alleged non-compliance with mask mandates, had a surprise legal win.

Second Judicial District Court Judge Lisa Chavez Ortega ruled against NMED after the lawyer representing the Department, Andrew Knight, claimed, “The change in the mask mandate only applies to vaccinated, fully vaccinated individuals.” He said, “This restaurant has become the center of for the no mask, no vax crowd” and “We just know they’re unvaccinated in that restaurant.”

Despite the claim that the restaurant had supposedly become a “center” for anti-vaxxers, the judge was not impressed, asking Knight, “The enforcement of the fully vaccinated issue that you just mentioned, how can that be enforced?”

Xochitl Torres Small's Campaign Funded 75% From Outside Special Interests

It is interesting to note that Rep. Xochitl Torres Small's campaign is being funded by out-of-state interests to the tune of 75%.

John Block of Piñon Post reported:

On Friday, initial Federal Election Commission numbers for Quarter Three (Q3) were published, and Rep. Xochitl Torres Small from New Mexico’s Second Congressional District raised approximately $2.4 million, with a vast majority of contributions coming from out-of-state.

Out-of-state contributions made up 75.65% of Torres Small’s Q3, with  $1,833,143.25, and in-state contributions only made up $590,109.60 or 24.35%. $380,761.27 came from California, $184,266.58 from New York, and $544,441.03 from Washington, D.C., and $73,195.27 from Illinois.

Rep. Ben Ray "Bennie Lu-lu" Lujan Is Worried

The campaign between Rep. Xochitl Torres Small and Yvette Herrell may be pivotal to the political fortunes of Rep. Ben Ray "Benny Lu-lu" Lujan and Mark Ronchetti in their race for the U.S. senate seat being vacated by Sen. Tom Udall. It is the race between the meteorologist (Ronchetti) and the ex-blackjack dealer (Lujan).

Lujan has been Nancy Pelosi's "right arm" in the House. He has accomplished nothing for New Mexico.

A recent "campaign call" was reported by the Piñon Post:
In a campaign call for Rep. Ben Ray Luján’s U.S. Senate race titled “When We Vote, We Win! A Women for Ben Roundtable,” joined by Democrat Rep. Xochitl Torres Small, many topics were covered. The call was attended by many Democrat Party insiders, including State Auditor Brian Colón, former Lieutenant Governor Diane Denish, former Secretary of State Clara Padilla Andrews, multiple state representatives, candidates, and Democrat party officials.
While speaking about Rep. Xochitl Torres Small, Luján made a point to speak of her race being rated “the most competitive race in the U.S. House of Representatives,” going on to say that if Torres Small is not re-elected, it could affect his race, as well as that of other Democrats in the state. Luján claimed, “it could jeopardize many of our races here in New Mexico.” Torres Small is running against former New Mexico state Representative Yvette Herrell, who was declared the winner of the 2nd Congressional Race on election night 2018, however, absentee ballots came in swinging the election in Torres Small’s favor.

If Torres Small should lose, it is because she lied to the voters about her positions on issues in 2018 and has been a reliable vote for Nancy Pelosi.

It should be pointed out that the absentee ballots were suspicious.

Above, Xochitl Torres Small's voting record belied her 2018 campaign statements, particularly on the Second Amendment.

According to the Daily Signal:
The roughly 3,500-vote victory for Torres Small—out of about 200,000 cast in the southern New Mexico district—relied heavily on absentee ballots from Doña Ana County, the largest county in the district, including the Las Cruces area.
A new audit report obtained by The Daily Signal alleges a “concerted effort” to push for absentee votes where New Mexico voter ID laws are not enforced. It also points to potential fraud in applying for absentee ballots, and says a significant number of absentee ballots were time-stamped after the 7 p.m. deadline election night.
Shades of Tammany Hall!

Benny Lu-lu is worried, and for good reason. The New Mexico Republican Party is onto the Democrats' fraudulent tactics and will be prepared this time.
