Kari Lake Lawsuit: Judge Summons Arizona Officials to Court

The matter over the election results over the Katie Hobbs and Kari Lake Arizona gubernatorial election is picking up steam.

Lake filed a lawsuit over the election irregularities in Maricopa Count of Arizona that took place. Allegations include vote counting issues, whistleblowers and fraud by election officials.

Newsmax reported:

The judge presiding over Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake's electoral lawsuit has reportedly ordered Lake, Governor-elect Katie Hobbs (who's currently Arizona's secretary of state), and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to appear before the court.

On Tuesday, Judge Peter Thompson, wrote that the court has "reviewed" Lake's "verified statement of election contest" and pledged the "matter will be set on an accelerated basis."

Per Thompson's order, Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer and Board of Supervisors Chairman Bill Gates will appear in court.

Lake's lawsuit might have garnered more steam in the last week, after whistleblower claims against electoral officials in Arizona became publicized.

"We've had three whistleblowers from Maricopa County reach out and say the system is seriously flawed," Lake reportedly stated Monday.

"[County officials] were throwing out tens of thousands of signatures saying they were scribbles that in no way matched. But somewhere between there, the ballots were being completely tossed out, and they got looped back into the system and counted as if they were fine," alleged Lake.

Also, the Republican Lake estimated that 25,000 "additional ballots and early voting ballots were discovered two days after Election Day," while adding these ballots "just showed up."

This certainly is getting very interesting! While working on this blog post, I saw that the media covering this lawsuit cannot keep themselves from using disparaging language against Lake. So much for unbiased reporting.

NM House GOP Elects All New Leadership

It is a small wonder that some Republicans in New Mexico are demanding that Chairman Steve Pearce be replaced.

Despite the bumbling of the Democrat Party of New Mexico over the past two years, the New Mexico GOP only picked up one one seat in the NM House. That is a dismal record!

At least the Republican House caucus has cleaned house (pun intended) and elected new leadership over the weekend.

The Piñon Post reported:

On Saturday, the New Mexico House Republicans elected new leaders of the GOP caucus, propelling three new faces to all of the leadership positions. 

In a surprise move, GOP Caucus Leader Jim Townsend (R-Artesia) decided not to seek a third term in the position, although he will still remain a representative in the New Mexico House. The caucus elected Rep. Ryan Lane (R-Aztec) to succeed him in the vacant position.

House Republicans elected Rep. Jason Harper (R-Rio Rancho) to succeed GOP Whip Rod Montoya (R-Farmington) for the caucus whip position. 

Rep. Gail Armstrong (R-Magdalena) was chosen for the House GOP caucus chair position, succeeding retiring Rep. Rebecca Dow (R-Truth or Consequences), who did not run for reelection and will be leaving the chamber. Republicans now hold 25 seats in the 70-member lower chamber, a net pickup of one seat.

The NMRP needs to follow suit and pick all new leadership.

Kari Lake Was Robbed!

How does an empty pantsuit who refused to debate or even establish a platform suddenly pull out a win in Arizona?! How?! - Tomi Lahren.

It looks like Arizona has become the Socialist State of Arizona through the nearly week-long count of votes of the race between Kari Lake and Katie Hobbs. 

The result wasn't surprising. The Democrats counted and counted until they found enough ballots to put Hobbs over the top. Kari Lake was robbed!

The Fox News Decision Desk can project that Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs will be the next governor of Arizona. She defeats GOP candidate and former local news host Kari Lake.

Per Arizona law, the race may go to a recount. 

Lake is a former TV news anchor who stepped down last year after 22 years with the Fox affiliate in Phoenix to run for governor. Thanks in part to her strong support for former President Donald Trump and his unproven claims that the 2020 election was "stolen" and rigged," Trump endorsed and heavily backed Lake as she narrowly won the GOP nomination over a candidate backed by Ducey.

Hopefully, a recount will be held per Arizona law. 

At least the GOP is still firmly in control of the Arizona legislature.

New Mexico Election Analysis Shows Abnormalities

There are some fishy statistical numbers in some "ballot dumps" during last Tuesday's election in different sections of the state.

Some of these dumps are highly questionable as data researchers Jeff O 'Donnell and Draza Smith say are "statistically impossible". 

The Piñon Post reported:

According to data analysis done by data researchers Jeff O’Donnell and Draza Smith, there appear to be many abnormal occurrences in the 2022 midterm elections in New Mexico.

Data published by O’Donnell and Smith shows the first ballot dump in New Mexico’s governor’s race gave incumbent Democrat Michelle Lujan Grisham 80.3 percent (42,922 ballots), while Republican Mark Ronchetti only got 19.5 percent (10,538 ballots), which is apparently statistically impossible.

It is unclear where these first ballots flooded in from, but even in the state’s most far-left county, Santa Fe County, there were only 69,449 ballots cast, meaning the first dump would have been over 61.8 percent of the county’s total votes cast — an unlikely scenario. The county’s final results were 75.3 percent for Grisham to 23.4 percent for Ronchetti. 

Another dump later left the total number of ballots for Lujan Grisham at 184,382 votes to Ronchetti’s 58,329 votes, leaving him with only 24 percent of the vote to Lujan Grisham’s 76 percent margin. This disparity is not normal, especially since only Santa Fe County had anywhere near a similar percentage of ballots cast, while its population could not have mathematically given such a margin to the Democrat governor.

Of course, we can trust the honesty of Democrats, right? Will the Republican Party of New Mexico file an official challenge and call for an audit?

Lujan Grisham Celebrates Re-Election With An Egyptian Junket

Now that Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham has won re-election, she's back to her old ways of junketing on the taxpayers' dime.

A year ago, she junketed to Scotland for "climate change" conference. This time it is Egypt she's headed off to for the same thing. Nice of her to leave a nice big carbon footprint while traveling by jet.

According to the Piñon Post:

One day after winning a second term as governor, Michelle Lujan Grisham was reported to be leaving the state to go to an eco-leftist climate conference in Egypt.

The Santa Fe New Mexican’s Daniel Chacón reported, “New Mexico @GovMLG is traveling to Egypt on Friday to attend the second week of the 27th United Nations Climate Change Conference.”

Democrats Elect 2 Dead People, Plus Fetterman

It has been widely reported that Democrats use dead people to cheat in elections over the years.

Well, the following will top that. They elected two dead people, plus John Fetterman.

According to Headline USA:

(Headline USA) Democrat voters elected two dead people on Tuesday night, one in Pennsylvania and another in Tennessee, according to reports.

In Pennsylvania, Democrat Tony DeLuca, who died last month of lymphoma, was reelected over Green Party challenger Queonia “Zarah” Livingston. Election officials claimed that because his death occurred so close to the election, they could not change the ballots in time. Now, a special election must be held to choose a proper candidate to take his seat.

In Tennessee, voters elected state Rep. Barbara Ward, who died in October. Her funeral was held on Nov. 5.

She won 73% of the vote, while her Republican challenger Michael Porter won 27%.

“Memphis elected a deceased Democrat to the Tennessee state house. The Bluff City prefers dead Democrats over live Republicans,” said conservative talkshow host Todd Starnes.

Tuesday night’s election results in Pennsylvania were largely a disappointment, with GOP gubernatorial candidate Doug Mastriano losing handily to Democrat Josh Shapiro, and Democrat Senate candidate John Fetterman beating Republican Mehmet Oz.

Some Twitter users joked that Pennsylvania voters elected not just one, but two dead people, citing Fetterman’s serious mental incapacitation following a stroke he suffered earlier this year.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott Re-Elected

Texas voters confirmed Tuesday what many political pundits said all along – Greg Abbott would clinch his third term as governor of Texas with ease.

Abbott’s win on Tuesday means Republicans will remain in control of the state’s executive branch for another four years – continuing a streak that took hold when former Texas Gov. George W. Bush beat Ann Richards in 1994.

“This race went according to plan,’’ said Vinnie Minchillo, a Republican political consultant in Plano. “The results of this race were baked in from the first day.”

While the results came as no surprise to most political analysts, they were nonetheless floored by the soaring level of fundraising. The Texas governor’s race was estimated to cost $226 million in total money raised by Abbott and O’Rourke, making it one of the most expensive races in the country, according to OpenSecrets, a Washington D.C.-based nonprofit that tracks U.S. political spending.

Navajo Nation President Defeated

This I find interesting.

The Navajo Nation ousted its president, Jonathan Nez, in yesterday's election. I guess enough Navajos were dissatisfied over Nez's tenure as president.

According to Fox 10 Phoenix:

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - Buu Nygren has ousted Jonathan Nez as president of the Navajo Nation, a position that wields influence nationally because of the size of the tribe’s reservation in the U.S. Southwest and its huge population.

Nygren defeated Nez in the nonpartisan race Tuesday, according to unofficial results from the tribe’s election office. Nygren positioned himself as the candidate for change and as someone who could get the ball rolling on long-awaited projects. He has a background in construction management but has never held political office.

"I’m used to being held accountable in every job," said Nygren, a tribal vice presidential candidate in 2018. "I’m taking that approach. If I don’t perform, I have no business being here."

Nygren’s win, along with his running mate Richelle Montoya, means the Navajo Nation will have a woman in the Office of the President and Vice President for the first time.

The Navajo Nation’s population of 400,000 is second only to the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. It also has the largest land base by far of any tribe at 27,000 square miles (70,000 square kilometers) stretching into parts of New Mexico, Arizona and Utah.

Red Wave Turned Out To Be A Red Trickle

Last night's midterm elections just proved once again that "stupid people should not be allowed to vote." Maybe they just want their "free stuff" and don't care that the country is being destroyed. The question has been raised, "If you wanted to destroy America, what things would you do differently than that the Democrats have been doing?" The likely answer has been, "Probably nothing."

This has to be the What The F*ck? election.

What was expected to be a Republican "red wave" turned out to be a "red trickle", if even that. New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham successfully fought off Mark Ronchetti to win reelection. It is a dead heat in the race between Rep. Yvette Herrell and Gabe Vasquez in a gerrymandered district is downright sad. She has been a good member of congress and doesn't deserve this. 

I could go into the national races in other states, but I don't wish to be aggravated. But I'll just say something on two. Arizona, once "Goldwater Country", appears to be a basket case now. I don't think even Barry Goldwater could win there these days. California got what it deserves, it reelected Gov. Gavin Newsom, a total leftist lunatic. Glad I got out of there. We'll likely see the exodus out of Commiefornia increase.

At least John Block won his New Mexico House race. (Congratulations, John!) Cibola County has a new Magistrate Judge, Tony Mace. He won easily as he was unopposed. Although a Democrat, Mace was a good sheriff and will make a good judge. 

The GOP should have done much better. I don't know if people hadn't been paying attention to what's been going on during the past two years or their ideology has totally blinded them to reality. Or maybe they are just happy with chaos. 

One must shake their head over the results and say, "Crazy! Just crazy!"

I Voted!

A little while ago, I did my patriotic civic duty and voted. Our community votes at the Whispering Cedars Fire Station.

I was voter 29 according to the machine (hope it ain't a Dominion). There were seven other voters who came in behind me. While there I introduced myself to the father-in-law of one of my friends here.

It was an easy process to vote. It was a good thing I typed in the name of a write-in candidate (for Public Lands Commissioner) in my phone so I could write him in. I couldn't remember his name (CRS again).

After voting, I was given a small Cinnabon cinnamon roll as I left the polling place. 

Now to sit back and wait for the polls to close and see the results tonight. 🤞

NOTE: An interesting aside. Before going into the fire station to vote, several neighbors and I were talking and one had a rain gauge at her home and she kept a record of its readings. She said the rain total we got this year was 21 inches.

Are Rally Crowds An Indicator On What Will Happen On Election Day?

Do campaign rally crowds indicate what will take place on Election Day? It's hard to say. 

Last night, GOP gubernatorial candidate Mark Ronchetti held a rally that drew a crowd of hundreds, if not a thousand attendees in Albuquerque. In contrast, only a few dozen people attended a rally for Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham.

The polls have shown statistical ties between the two. It has to be noted that most of them have oversampled Democrats. So the numbers for Ronchetti could possibly be greater in actuality. Once the votes are tabulated, we'll know for sure.

The polling places in the state will open in less than a half hour from now.

We changed the time two days ago, now it's time to change the New Mexico governor. Voters, it's in your hands.

No "Red Wave" Unless You Vote!

Today is Election Day.

To begin the process to end the madness of the past two years, every Republican and like-thinking Democrats and independents have to get out and vote. 

We have a country to save! Vote!

Lujan Grisham's New Career: Rodeo Clown

Hopefully, when Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham is defeated tomorrow, she can begin a new career as a rodeo clown. We have plenty of rodeos around New Mexico and surrounding states for her to get plenty of work.

Reports of Voter Intimidation In Otero County

Some election officials are already pulling some shenanigans (I could use a stronger term) during early voting in New Mexico. The following is allegedly happening in Otero County.

According to an article in the Piñon Post:

Tuesday is Election Day, and there are some reports already of voter intimidation during early voting that concluded on Saturday. 

According to elections expert Erin Clements, Otero County Clerk Robin Holmes “is telling her poll workers that if voters want to use their own blue pen to fill out their ballots… to WRITE DOWN THEIR NAMES AND REFER THEM TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY,” adding, “That’s  VOTER INTIMIDATION from a public official!”

According to NMSA 1-12-57, “After marking and preparing a paper ballot in a polling place, the voter: A. shall not show it to any person in the polling place in such a way as to reveal its contents; And B. shall feed the paper ballot into the electronic vote tabulator.” 

Therefore, the poll workers should not be able even to know if the individual used a blue or black pen to fill in the ballot.

Let's get one thing straight, voter intimidation is illegal, no matter who is doing it!

Since I blogged this article earlier today. I looked further into this. One has to wonder just who were the ones complaining. Robin Holmes is a Republican, so it seems odd that she would be trying to intimidate anyone. Intimidation is the Democrat modus operandi, not Republican. Maybe Democrat plants? Just be extra cautious when voting.

Hanoi Jane and Other Leftists Aiding Lujan Grisham

A person is known by the company they keep. 

Ultra-leftists, communists, socialists and radical liberals are making a last-ditch effort to rescue New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham's campaign.

They include the George Soros family, Michael Bloomberg and Hanoi Jane Fonda.

The Piñon Post reported:

According to Democrat Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s campaign filing between October 4, 2022, and November 1, 2022, the far-left governor got a last-ditch surge of cash from the George Soros family — this time from Soros’ third child Jonathan and his wife, Jennifer.

The billionaire’s son and his wife gave $10,000 each to Lujan Grisham on October 6. 

The Democratic Governors Association (DGA)-linked PAC “A Stronger New Mexico,” which is helping Lujan Grisham, received an October 7 surge of cash from Democrat billionaire ex-New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg. He dunked $1 million into the PAC to help save the governor’s hide. His anti-gun group “Everytown for Gun Safety” also dunked $100,000 into the PAC. 

Other contributions to the pro-Lujan Grisham PAC included $150,000.00 from the abortion up-to-birth group EMILY’s List, as well as $4.7 million from the DGA, and $150,000 from the enviro-Marxist Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) Votes.

Approximately 81 of her contributions during the period came from attorneys, 13 from those identifying themselves as “CEOs,” 20 from professors, and 15 from artists, among others. She also received $3,000 from far-left actress Jane Fonda. The Planned Parenthood abortion business gave her $1,325.66 in in-kind contributions during the period.
