Back on October 12, I posted a blog about Xochitl Torres Small and her phony ad featuring her out bird-hunting in a field wearing tight-fitting jeans and carrying a shotgun. I wrote then that this was all a ruse to bamboozle New Mexico voters in the 2nd Congressional District. To read that blog, go here.
It turns out (no surprise!) that I was right.
The New Mexico Shooting Sports Association posted the following today:
Every Sheriff in Congressional District 2, but one, has opposed criminalizing private firearm sales. Nearly every county commission in the district has passed a resolution opposing criminalizing private firearm sales as well. Despite the overwhelming opposition from her district, Congresswoman Xochitl Torres Small voted today for the same gun control her district is fighting against in Santa Fe. This is a betrayal of the values of the district, and exposes her true character as a puppet of Nancy Pelosi.Unfortunately, she won the election with slick campaign ads paid for by outside liberal groups.
Sadly, this is a case of, "See? I told you so!"

And a little help from the mail in ballots that were time stamped after the 7:00pm cutoff.
I think there should be action taken to do a recount with more scrutiny on the validity of the ballots, and verification of the voters.
