Grandpa's Grill and Storm

After dropping off Larry Lucier's bus to a Gallup upholstery shop and having breakfast at Grandpa's Grill, we made it back to Jamestown before a thunderstorm arrived. It is raining now and the lightning and thunder is freaking out my cat Sierra.

I had never been to Grandpa's Grill before. It is a small diner that has a homey feel to it. I had chorizo and eggs and it was quite good. I'll have to bring future out-of-town guests to it.

As we headed back from Gallup, we could see very black clouds to the west. We managed to make it back to Jamestown before it arrived. It is the kind of electrical storm we would get during monsoon season here.

Looks like I'll be staying indoors for the rest of the day.
