The next real chance for precipitation and thunderstorms won't be coming into the Jamestown, New Mexico area until Wednesday. Even then, the forecast is 20%. In the meantime, the weekend will be a sunny and warm one.

Partly cloudy, with a low around 52. West wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light southwest after midnight.
