2nd Wave: More Snow This Time

Above, the back yard this morning. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

The "second wave" snow storm hit Jamestown overnight. It is snowing now.

Now that it is daylight out, I was able to see that this storm dumped more snow than the first one. It appears that we received three to four inches of it.

It is supposed to snow this morning until about 11:00. We are currently under a Winter Weather Advisory until 6:00 tomorrow morning.

Looks like I have some snow shoveling to do.

According to the National Weather Service:

Today
Snow showers, mainly before 11am. High near 33. Northwest wind 15 to 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.
Tonight
Partly cloudy, with a low around 14. West wind 5 to 10 mph.
Wednesday
A 20 percent chance of snow showers after 11am. Mostly sunny, with a high near 32. Northwest wind 5 to 15 mph.
