The Gallup Lions Club made the following announcement on February 3 on their Facebook page:
Gallup Lions Club Rodeo is the clubs largest fundraiser to date. After many discussions by the members an the board, due to the continued Covid Pandemic we will Not have the 2021 Gallup Lions Club Rodeo. Thank you to all of our contestants an sponsors these past years, our stock contractor, announcer, and all the the volunteers. We miss you all and wouldn't have been able to put up our rodeos without any of you. We will continue to have fundraisers throughout the year so stay in Touch!
Mask up! Stay safe!
Hopefully, the Lions Club Rodeo will take place in 2022.
Looks like we're to have another boring summer!*
*No word yet on Bloomer Best of the Best Rodeo for 2021.
