International Sportsmen's Expos Postponed Until 2022

Back in the 1980s, one of my favorite shows to attend annually was the H. Werner Buck Enterprises Sports, Vacation and Travel Show at the Anaheim Convention Center. That show had everything for the outdoor enthusiast. It had exhibitors that included RV dealers, campgrounds & resorts, attractions, hunting, fishing, boating and even international travel. That's where I first discovered the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. Unfortunately, those shows ended 30 years ago.

I was hoping to attend this year's ISE Sportsmen's Expo in Scottsdale, Arizona, but that show, along with their shows in other cities, have been cancelled this year, but will resume (we hope) in 2022.

According to their website:

For 45 years the International Sportsmen's Exposition (ISE) events have presented  adventure-travel, hunting, fishing, shooting-sports, boat and camping products and services to outdoor enthusiasts at events held during the first quarter throughout the largest western United States markets.

Each of the four ISE shows display from 250 to more than 600 leading resorts and lodges, outdoor-product manufacturers, boat dealers, regional and specialty retailers, hunting and fishing guides and outfitters, national and local conservation organizations, state and federal government agencies, and nonprofit groups.

That sounds like the old H. Werner Buck show.

Well, I guess we'll have to wait until March 24-27, 2022 for the Scottsdale show.
