Quartzsite Shops

Above, there were many camels in Quartzsite, due to Hi Jolly and the Camel Corps. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

The town of Quartzsite, Arizona is a mecca for bargain shoppers.

There's rock shops, curio shops, clothing shops, jewelry shops, yard art (many of which were camels) shops, as well as other kinds of shops.

I took little walk through some of the shops on Main Street in the vicinity of Hi Jolly Cemetery (where our camp was located) and picked up a dragon head hiking stick. It was in a barrel marked $8.00. It has some damage (as did the others), but it is nothing that Gorilla Glue couldn't be able to fix.

A number of shops were closed. Maybe they're seasonal.
