Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Western Mountains, Northwest Plateau, Northwest Highlands, West Central Plateau, San Francisco River Valley, and San Agustin Plains and Adjacent Lowlands. * WHEN...From 5 AM to 5 PM MST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Tire traction will be reduced. Extend the distance between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you. This includes along portions of I-40.
