Rain or Snow Possible This Week

It looks like the weather forecast for this week has changed.

A few days ago, the National Weather Service had no forecast for snow or even rain for this week. I just took a look at their forecast for Jamestown, New Mexico and we may be getting both rain and snow.

Right now, it is 9° outside. That's pretty much normal for this time of the year. The rest of the country will be experiencing an arctic blast.

Here's the forecast for this week:

Mostly clear, with a low around 18. Northwest wind around 5 mph.

Sunny, with a high near 41. Light west wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

Mostly clear, with a low around 21. Southwest wind around 5 mph.

A slight chance of rain and snow showers between 11am and 2pm, then a slight chance of rain showers after 2pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 44. West wind 5 to 10 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
