The state of New Mexico, as are other states, is busy formulating COVID-19 procedures.
Most states, and I presume New Mexico is doing the same, are going to follow the Centers For Disease Control's guidelines on the order of priority groups.
Here's what the CDC recommended:
I would be in the Phase 1c Priority Group (being over 65, besides having a high-risk condition (such as cancer and cardiac patients).
It is interesting to note that the vaccinations will involve two inoculations, spaced two weeks apart (from what I've been reading).
