The U.S. Supreme Court this evening is giving tacit approval of the massive election fraud on an epic scale. That is the net effect of their decision to reject the Texas lawsuit.
According to the New York Times:
Texas’ lawsuit, filed directly in the Supreme Court, challenged election procedures in four battleground states: Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. It asked the court to bar those states from casting their electoral votes for President-elect Joe Biden and to shift the selection of electors to the states’ legislatures. That would have required the justices to discard millions of votes.
However, according to my "honorary sister", who is an attorney, said, "They left it with leave to amend." This gives the state plaintiffs some "wiggle room" to amend the lawsuit for the court to take another look.
The ruling had two dissenters: Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas.
Here's the order:
Steve Pearce, Chairman of the Republican Party of New Mexico issued a statement:
Albuquerque, December 11—The following is a statement from RPNM Chairman Steve Pearce after the U.S. Supreme Court this afternoon rejected a bid by Texas to invalidate the election.
“Today’s action by the Court shows an unwillingness by the Justices to address what appeared to be serious flaws in the November 3rd election process. Our democracy demands election integrity, and there are anomalies that stand out--poll workers have been kicked out, turnouts over 100%, votes counted after the deadline, mail-in ballots that suddenly appeared last minute, and voting software that was questionable. These kinds of irregularities bear further scrutiny other than by the states themselves. Who will look at these? We must have an impartial body examine these anomalies. By not investigating these things, we have stained this election and our democracy.”

Sad, but very interesting, to see that so many Americans (including many judges) are okay with obvious (including video taped) election fraud as long as "their candidate" is declared the winner. Trump won the electoral vote and, almost certainly the popular vote as well. This is a stain on the United States that will never be erased. You will join those countries where the people are not allowed to freely choose their leader, like Russia, China, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela... Condolences!
