Snow Showers Friday?

It looks like we'll be having some fall weather in the 50s until Thursday when we have a 30% chance of showers and then a 20% chance of snow showers on Friday.

Winter officially arrives on Monday, December 21, even through it seems like it has been here for weeks.

According to the National Weather Service, the week shapes up as follows:

Clear, with a low around 18. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm.
Monday
Sunny, with a high near 53. Calm wind becoming northeast around 5 mph in the afternoon.
Monday Night
Clear, with a low around 19. Southeast wind around 5 mph.
Tuesday
Sunny, with a high near 53. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph in the afternoon.
Tuesday Night
Partly cloudy, with a low around 26. Calm wind becoming south around 5 mph.
Wednesday
Mostly sunny, with a high near 54.
Wednesday Night
Mostly cloudy, with a low around 28.
Thursday
A 30 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 47.
Thursday Night
A 20 percent chance of snow showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 24.
Friday
A 20 percent chance of snow showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 39.
Friday Night
A 20 percent chance of snow showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 18.
Saturday
Mostly sunny, with a high near 36.
