Now that the pandemic is over (more or less), foreign visitors are welcome again to Japan without the restrictions imposed during the pandemic.

Now that Japan has opened their borders to welcome independent foreign tourists, are you planning your year-end trip to the land of the rising sun? For those who are still hazy about the changes, independent travellers can visit Japan without getting a special visa from 11 October since 2022. You no longer need to book your free and easy trip through a travel agency.
Those who are entering Japan on or after 29 April, 2023, are not required to present a Valid Vaccination Certificate or a Covid-19 Negative Test Certificate.
