A new month is now upon us and that means my monthly check on the best air fares the Los Angeles Times Travel Section (March 2 edition) and my favorite source for plane tickets, GatewayLAX, have to offer for round trips from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Narita International Airport (NRT).
The prices from the Los Angeles Times ranges from a low of $919.00 to a high of $1,342.00. These prices do not include applicable taxes and fees.
The lowest price GatewayLAX came up with (with a departure on 3/10 and return on 3/14):
Note: The return flight from Tokyo to Los Angeles originates from Haneda Airport. This will save you an hour long (provided it doesn't snow) train ride to Narita International Airport.
