It's Coming!

Above, the view a few minutes ago. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

For the past several days, we've been having nice sunny 70°+ weather in Jamestown, New Mexico.

All that has changed as it has clouded over the area with some occasional sprinkles. The weather is going to be rainy with some thunderstorms for the next several days.

At least I'm not in the Denver, Colorado area as they have a winter weather warning in effect.

Today's forecast by the National Weather Service:

This Afternoon
Scattered showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 60. Southwest wind around 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Tonight
Scattered showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 39. West wind 15 to 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
