inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. 
* WHERE...West Central Mountains. 
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to noon MST Thursday. 
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel impacts are likely on I-40 near the
continental divide.
