A Little Warmer Tonight: 8°

Above, some shopping this year was here at the Indian Market at
Continental Divide, just like last year. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

Well, if what the National Weather Service says is correct, tonight will be another bone-chilling night in Jamestown, New Mexico.

The highest it got today was 32°.

But that didn't stop me from finishing my Christmas shopping and all I have to do is wrap everything. Not too bad!

According to the National Weather Service, the low tonight will be around 8°. Wednesday night will be warmer: 14°! I'd better break out my Hawaiian shirts!

The forecast:

Tonight
Clear, with a low around 8. Wind chill values as low as zero. Southeast wind around 5 mph.
Wednesday
Mostly sunny, with a high near 42. Wind chill values as low as -3. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.
Wednesday Night
Partly cloudy, with a low around 14. South wind 5 to 15 mph.
Thursday
Mostly sunny, with a high near 38. South wind 5 to 10 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon.
