Roamin' Around

Today was the warmest it has gotten this season, which made it a perfect day to get the Jeep out for some OHV driving. It got to around 58° today.

Although Cibola National Forest/Six Mile Canyon is closed through March 31, there are still some dirt roads to explore. Not all of them are in great condition. Some had washouts, which left huge gullies that only the bravest souls dare to try to cross.

A couple of roads run parallel to the fencing bordering the national forest. Since it has been warmer lately, the ground is no longer a muddy mess.

Before exploring the roads, I stopped to give Christmas some carrots.

Of course, during my drive, I did take some pictures.
