To wrap up the little vacation trip to Texas, Mitch Geriminsky and I went to Cattlemen's Fort Worth Steak House in the Stockyards section.
I had a great t-bone steak (the first one I've had since the Ashurst Lake campout near Flagstaff), Arizona.last summer.

Throughout the restaurant were vintage photographs of cattle auctions and prize-winning cattle. The ones near our table were from the 1950s.

Along with great food, we had great service from our waitress. Although a bit pricey, I'd go back there again. It is good to indulge on occasion and splurge a little.
