Now that summer is almost over, just how is the U.S. dollar faring against the Japanese yen in Tokyo foreign exchange trading?
According to Jiji Press:
Tokyo, Sept. 13 (Jiji Press)--The dollar edged up to around 108 yen in range-bound Tokyo trading Friday.
At 5 p.m., the dollar stood at 107.95-95 yen, up from 107.88-93 yen at the same time Thursday.
The autumn season is one of the best times to take a trip to Japan. The heat and humidity of summer will have eased off, making for pleasant days and nights.
