Cooling Trend

Above, in Six Mile Canyon yesterday. The dog at right belonged to a girl in a late model Jeep. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

It looks like we're going into a little cooling trend over the next few days. The highs will be in the 50s today and tomorrow, and then (maybe) back up into the 60s Tuesday.

Since this is the case, I'm glad that I took my little Jeep jaunt into Six Mile Canyon yesterday instead of today or tomorrow.

Today is going to be spent indoors to do laundry and come house cleaning.

From the National Weather Service:

Today
Partly sunny, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 54. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.
Tonight
Clear, with a low around 24. Northwest wind 15 to 20 mph becoming light west in the evening.
Monday
Sunny, with a high near 58. West wind 5 to 10 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon.
Monday Night
Clear, with a low around 33. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph decreasing to 5 to 10 mph after midnight.
Tuesday
Sunny, with a high near 63. Light northwest wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.
