With Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham strictly enforcing her closure of gun stores and sending the New Mexico State Police out to close stores who defiantly open, the NRA and other groups filed for a temporary restraining order in a follow-up to their lawsuit.

Late yesterday, NRA and other pro-Second Amendment plaintiffs filed a motion in federal court seeking a TRO (temporary restraining order) in the lawsuit previously filed against anti-gun Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham. If the motion is granted, the state will be prohibited from enforcing the closure of gun stores and shooting ranges under the Governor's COVID-19 executive order until a full hearing is held before the court.At 5:00 pm last night, Calibers shooting ranges were closed by the New Mexico State Police. She's using the State Police as her personal Gestapo.
