Today In "The Playground"

Earlier today, I managed to get out of the house (and away from the computer) to do some driving in Six Mile Canyon, known to some of the locals as "The Playground".

It has been a nice day out (around 57°), but a little windy.

I didn't see anyone else in Six Mile Canyon during my drive. I first went over to the camping area where, a few days ago, a couple set up camp with their travel trailer.

After that, I did some more driving around and then went over to the windmill for a Coca Cola break. The grasses in the canyon are starting to get taller and greener as we move further into spring and the upcoming summer season.

It is supposed to be warmer tomorrow, so I may just go back into the canyon tomorrow.
