This afternoon, I picked up the Jeep after having a new gas tank installed.
Before leaving Gallup, I filled the tank. It was a nice relief to see no leaks!
The old tank looked like it had seen better days. I could not tell where the leaks were, but I would venture a guess that they originated in one of the seams (or several.
