Many documents requiring the signature of His Fraudulency Joe Biden just may not be legal. Many were found to have been signed by an autopen.
These include "signed" executive orders, legislation and pardons. An investigation by the Justice Department is being called for.
According to Newsmax:
The use of an autopen signature on many official White House documents and executive orders purportedly signed by former President Joe Biden has stoked concerns about his awareness of signing certain things and whether he actually signed them at all, according to an investigation by the Oversight Project, an arm of the Heritage Foundation.
According to the group, "every document we could find" that bore Biden's signature all "used the same autopen signature" except for his announcement about leaving the 2024 presidential race last July.
"Whoever controlled the autopen controlled the presidency," the Oversight Project said in a post to X on Thursday.
The concerns are such that Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is demanding a Department of Justice investigation as to whether "Biden's cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval."
In a letter to DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz dated March 4, Bailey wrote that "it appears staffers and officers in the Biden administration may have exploited Biden's incapacity so they could issue orders without an accountable President of sound mind approving them."

President Donald Trump signed an executive order to protect and expand Second Amendment rights of Americans.

Today, the White House announced a new Executive Order to protect and expand the Second Amendment rights of all law-abiding Americans. This is the first action taken by President Donald J. Trump to carry through on his promise to restore the full protections of the Right to Keep and Bear Arms for the American people.
“Promises made to law-abiding gun owners are being kept by President Donald J. Trump,” said Doug Hamlin, NRA Executive Vice President and CEO. “NRA members were instrumental, turning out in record numbers to secure his victory, and he is proving worthy of their votes, faith, and confidence in his first days in office.”
The order directs the Attorney General to conduct a report and make recommendations to better protect the Second Amendment. Specifically, the order requires the Attorney General to evaluate actions taken by the Biden Administration that restricted firearms rights and recommend solutions to undo those actions.
President Trump has gone further than simply moving towards eliminating the anti-gun actions of the last administration. The order further requires the Attorney General to take an all-of-government review to further enhance firearm rights by addressing the litigation position of the United States in any case impacting the Second Amendment, reviewing government classifications of firearms and ammunition, and evaluating wait times for various federal approvals that are required to make, manufacture, transfer, or export firearms and ammunition.

President Donald Trump is continuing to make good on his campaign promises.
The latest is that he issued an executive order to declassify and release the remaining files on the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Sen. Robert F. Kennedy and Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.
According to CBS News:
President Trump announced that he'll declassify any remaining files from the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, his brother Robert F. Kennedy and civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. He signed an executive order at the White House Thursday.
After an aide announced the president was signing the executive action "ordering the declassification of files relating to the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and Dr. Reverend Martin Luther King Jr.," Mr. Trump said, "That's a big one, huh? A lot of people are waiting for this for a long — for years, for decades."
The president instructed his aide to give the pen he used to sign the order to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the son of the late Robert F. Kennedy and Mr. Trump's nominee to run the Department of Health and Human Services. The elder Kennedy served as U.S. attorney general and New York senator and was a Democratic presidential candidate when he was slain in 1968.

Among President Donald Trump’s first executive orders issued on Monday was one directing that a plan be implemented to deliver more water from northern California to the central and southern parts of the state.
He argued lack of water was a reason the California wildfires did such damage.
Trump recounted in his Jan. 20 order — titled “Putting People over Fish: Stopping Radical Environmentalism to Provide Water to Southern California” and directed to the Secretaries of Commerce and the Interior Departments — “During my first term, the State of California, at the direction of its Governor [Gavin Newsom], filed a lawsuit to stop my Administration from implementing improvements to California’s water infrastructure. My Administration’s plan would have allowed enormous amounts of water to flow from the snow melt and rainwater in rivers in Northern California to beneficial use in the Central Valley and Southern California.”
It has been reported that Trump will pay a visit to the fire stricken areas on Friday.

As she did during the pandemic, Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham has extended her "health emergency" executive order to further infringe on the Second Amendment rights of New Mexico citizens.
This little dictator needs to be impeached and removed from office. Those in areas affected (Bernalillo County and Albuquerque) by her order should tell her to shove it up her keister.

Democrat anti-gun Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham has decided to extend an executive order declaring “gun violence” a public health emergency. The renewal, effective until December 29, 2023, underscores the governor’s attacks on lawful New Mexico gun owners’ rights.
Governor Lujan Grisham’s executive orders mandate collaboration among the Department of Health, Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, Department of Public Safety, and Health Care Authority. While the renewal doesn’t introduce any alterations to the existing orders, it does maintain the current public health directives banning guns in parks, among other measures.
A notable absence during the signing was the governor herself, with Lt. Gov. Howie Morales taking on the responsibility in her absence. The decision to renew these executive orders comes at a time when gun control measures are a subject of intense debate across the nation.
New Mexicans who follow the Constitution note that executive actions infringe upon individual rights and bypass legislative processes designed to ensure democratic decision-making, along with total ignorance of inalienable constitutional rights. Moreover, concerns have been raised about the effectiveness of labeling “gun violence” as a public health emergency and whether it is the most appropriate approach to tackling the complex social issues associated with it.

For the past three days, I noticed that the New Mexico Democrat legislators have been dead silent on Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham's executive order on banning open and concealed carry of firearms in Bernalillo County.
Thus far, none have come out supporting this unconstitutional action.
One has finally come out in opposition.

The first Democrat legislator finally broke their silence, with state Sen. Joseph Cervantes (D-Doña Ana County) writing on Twitter, “Having passed key gun safety laws working with her administration, I call on the Governor to rescind her order outlawing arms.”
Meanwhile, Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen blasted the unconstitutional order of the the governor and said he will not enforce it.

Calls for the impeachment and removal of New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham are starting. This is in reaction to Lujan Grisham's executive order suspending Second Amendment rights of Bernalillo County citizens.
The highest profile call was by Elon Musk, the owner of X, formerly known as Twitter.

I totally agree, her actions yesterday go beyond the pale. She should be impeached and removed from office. The sooner, the better.

The unconstitutional move by New Mexico Gov. "Malevolent" Michelle Lujan Grisham has attracted attention around the country.
Here is a post by the Gateway Pundit which includes a confrontation of the governor by a reporter. As one would expect from her, her responses are lame and ludicrous. Besides being unconstitutional, her "executive order" is targeting the wrong people, the law-abiding and not the criminals.

Albuquerque, September 8th—Today, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham signed an executive order to ban open and concealed carry of firearms in Albuquerque and Bernalillo Counties as part of her declared public health emergency for gun violence in New Mexico. According to the Governor, she will reevaluate and renew her public health order every 30 days. The order is for all of New Mexico, but only Albuquerque currently meets the requirements of 1,000 violent crimes per 100,000 people and more than 90 firearm-related emergency department visits for the ban to apply. The Governor's order violates gun rights within the New Mexico Constitution and the Concealed Handgun Carry Act of 2003, which guarantees the concealed handgun rights of New Mexicans who qualify for and obtain a permit. The Governor admitted she knew her order is unconstitutional, stating she wasn't sure she would win a legal challenge against it. "She knew her order was illegal but did it anyway, just like the lawbreakers in our state. Criminals won't be affected by more laws since they don't follow our laws now nor are they held responsible for breaking any of them," said Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce. "This order removes protection from law-abiding New Mexican gun owners, leaving them and their families vulnerable in a city with the highest violent crime. How does that make sense? Dangerous criminals won't be affected by the Governor's order and will continue to prey on vulnerable targets. Those who will be affected are the many responsible, gun-carrying women and mothers who will be left defenseless and unable to protect themselves and their children. The Governor has let violent criminals out of prison. She weakened our police. She and the Democratic legislature allowed softer penalties for violent crime while stopping tough crime bills from passing. We have an open border where fentanyl and deadly drugs pour onto our streets and a mental health crisis exacerbated by the Governor's lockdowns. This violent crime crisis is most prominent in blue cities nationwide, like Albuquerque, directly resulting from weak Democratic policy. On April 5, 1933, President Franklin D. Roosevelt issued an executive order forcing the American people to surrender their gold. This was illegal on the face of it as executive orders cannot be directly applied to citizens. But he did it anyway after congress passed an unconstitutional law, the Gold Reserve Act of 1934, that gave FDR dictatorial power. Like sheep, the American people complied.

Similar to cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, CBDCs would also be a form of digital money, but there the resemblance ends. If adopted, CBDCs would be issued by the Federal Reserve, the central banking system for the U.S. government. One CBDC digital dollar would equal the value of a physical dollar.
And like the physical dollar, which ceased to be backed by gold more than 50 years ago, the CBDC would be considered a government-issued fiat currency that is backed by the strength and credit of the U.S. government. (Of course, that’s not saying much considering that much of the time, the U.S. government operates in the red.)

Trump on Saturday signed a series of executive orders expanding the coronavirus economic relief to Americans struggling during the pandemic. There are four of these things, four of these executive orders. Let me go through them for you.
The first executive order continues additional federal unemployment benefits at $400 a week. That is $200 a week less than the Democrats were demanding. And the states are expected to way one-fourth of this, or $100. The second executive order creates a payroll tax holiday for Americans earning less than a hundred thousand dollars annually. The third executive order extends the eviction moratorium on federal subsidized housing. And the fourth executive order suspends student loan payments.
And this is still not, or it was still not, good enough for the Democrats. They blew up. Now, the media isn’t reporting it, but Trump is using FEMA money to pay for this. He’s just shifting the money from FEMA over to where he wants it to go here under the authority — are you ready for this? — under the authority of the 1988 Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, meaning it’s lawful. The Stafford Act is the law under which the executive branch provides assistance to state and local governments after a natural disaster, which the coronavirus lockdown surely is.
Good grief. If there ever is a definition of a natural disaster caused by us, it is this, shutting down the U.S. economy and destroying it? So Trump is well within the law to do this, and he did it because he couldn’t get Pelosi and Schumer to go along with him.
Oh. But then just this morning, 30 minutes before the program began, the president tweeted the following: “So now Schumer and Pelosi want to meet to make a deal. Amazing how it all works, isn’t it. Where have they been for the last 4 weeks when they were “hardliners”, and only wanted BAILOUT MONEY for Democrat run states and cities that are failing badly? They know my phone number!"
So Trump’s point is he issues the executive orders, takes care of the problem. They’re not part of it, their fingerprints are nowhere to be found on the solution. He is totally within his legal rights to have these executive orders, to issue them, now all of a sudden they want to talk to him. Now Schumer and Pelosi want to meet to make a deal.

Over the weekend, he issued four executive orders that would extend modified unemployment relief to millions who are out of work, protect many from eviction from their homes, provide continued relief from student loan debt and suspend payroll taxes for employers and those earning less than $100,000. Flanked by Attorney General Bill Barr, President Trump signed an executive order in the Oval Office on Thursday that calls for new regulations under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 (CDA) to remove statutory liability protections and cut federal funding for tech companies that engage in censorship and political conduct.
The president's order came just two days after Twitter took the unprecedented step of slapping a "misleading" warning label on two of Trump's tweets concerning the fraud risks of nationwide mail-in balloting. The move immediately backfired: Experts disputed that Trump's tweet was actually misleading, given that mail-in balloting has been linked to ongoing fraud, and Twitter failed to apply the fact-check standard to others.
At Thursday's signing ceremony, Trump called the fact-check "egregious," and held up a photo of Twitter executive Yoel Roth, who heads up the site's fact-checking operation. Fox News reported on Wednesday that Roth has mocked Trump supporters, called Trump's team "ACTUAL NAZIS," slammed "scary trannies," and called GOP Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell a "bag of farts."
"My executive order calls for new regulations under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act to make it so that social media companies that engage in censoring any political conduct will not be able to keep their liability shield," the president said.
He added: "My executive order further instructs the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to prohibit social media companies from engaging in any deceptive acts or practices affecting commerce. This commerce resides in Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act. ... Additionally, I'm directing the attorney general to work cooperatively with the states ... to enforce their own laws against such deceptive business practices. The states have broad and powerful authority to regulate in this arena."
Under the CDA, platforms are ordinarily not liable for users' defamatory or otherwise problematic posts under the CDA, while publishers that actively shape content do face liability. Trump's order would empower the federal government to interpret and apply that legislation.To read more, go here.
